99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed for in stock items Monday through Friday. This excludes any item that will be customized or unless it is stated otherwise. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.
All "Air" orders placed prior to 3:00 p.m. PST will usually ship that same day. Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out the next business day. *Please note that our pick-ups for delivery are Mon-Fri only*
Overnight orders that are shipped out on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless otherwise stated. There is a Saturday delivery option available if specifically requested.
UPS will not ship packages to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping.
All returns or exchanges must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.
*The minimum order must be $50*
Some international orders will require a wire transfer.

When delivered, the delivery service may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee -this is not a shipping charge-. All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information 1-310-294-3868). Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed. Orders under $1000 are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Orders over $1000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 10% discount (enter wire1000 as your discount code when entering your billing information). Orders over $5000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 15% discount (enter wire5000 as your discount code when entering your billing information).
American Express, Master Card, and Visa are the preferred method of payment, but net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval). All orders with net 30 terms must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to RFAC Solutions at 1-310-634-0440. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer.
RFAC Solutions will gladly exchange "in stock" items purchased from our site. This excludes all customized items. No exchanges can be made on orders over a month old.
Refund returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. There are NO refunds on customized items whatsoever. No refunds on orders over $250. Exchanges only.
