Minimum Order:
A minimum order of $50.00 is required. There is no minimum line item required.

No Handling Fees:
Orders shipped via UPS are charged the actual shipping cost based on the carriers rates. RFAC Solutions does not add any handling fees.

Placing Your Order:
You can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day using our on-line ordering system. Just search for the items you want and add them to your order. Internet orders entered will be promptly processed and shipped the next business day.
For most efficient service, our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please note that credit card orders are to be submitted online. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipping the order. MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be accepted. Same-day shipment on in-stock orders placed before 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). If the item(s) on the order is not in stock or available, you will be notified. Our normal lead time on production of our products is usually 7 to 14 business days.
